Equinox Cider

It's official, fall is here! Today on the autumn equinox try a fun variation on a fall favorite. Find a nice dry hard cider (we love Citizen Cider here in Vermont) and fill a tall cup halfway. Add half a shot of bourbon, a bit of maple syrup (or a lot if you like your drinks sweet!), then top it off with a splash of soda. Fill the cup with ice, but not too much.... winter is coming!
